This is a digital file only, not a finished product! This was made and cut using a glowforge but can be cut using other laser machines as well.

It was made using a 18in shiplap round for the base but you can also use any sized round and with or without the shiplap look. The pieces themselves are cut out using 1/8in Baltic Birch and sprayed with polyurethane to make it more weather resistant. The VA piece has a bottom layer that I painted white and then the top portion is in pieces that you paint separately and assemble all together.
I personally use gorilla wood glue for all my projects when it comes to gluing.
The file itself also includes the pieces to do the Eastern Shore portion of Virginia, you can use that or just ignore it! Depending on your preference.
