This is a digital file only, not a finished product. You could easily make this file both with the O's as LPN or as firefighter. Or change the lettering for LPN to RN. The font used for the LPN is times new roman in bold. You could also do this for a police officer and change the colors from red to blue. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

-18 in door round

-Paint or stain of choice for round

-1 sheet of 1/4 in Maple Plywood Purebond from home depot. Or your choice of material.

-3m adhesive or glue

-Ribbon of choice. I used two different ribbon in this particular bow. Both purchased on amazon and listed below.

-Greenery (I picked the greenery up at our local walmart)

INSTRUCTIONS

-Paint your door round. 

-Mask one side of your maple plywood and apply 3m to the other. If you aren't using 3m just mask.

-Cut your material. I use medium draftboard settings and change speed to 145. Please do a test cut before cutting your whole project. Depending on the cleanliness of your machine, materials used, and many other factors you may need to adjust your cut settings!

-After pieces are cut spray paint your pieces in desired colors and you are ready to apply them to the round. 

-Peel of 3m backing or apply glue and place them to your board. I included a border around the lettering that will help you center the lettering on your board. You are more then welcome to skip this part and not cut but I have found that it makes things much easier! Simply place the border on the round and center it where it matches up with the door round. Then place the letters with the 3m backing peeled off or glue into their specific spaces. 

-To attach the greenery and bow I use a staple gun but you could also hot glue if you would like. The portion of ribbon that hangs on the back I cut to around a 7in piece and staple to the back making sure to center it with the bow.
