This is  digital file only, not a finished product. It was made to fit an 18in door round but you can easily adjust it to fit small or larger rounds.

WHAT YOU NEED

-18in round. I purchase my door rounds on Etsy or from Craftdealz if you have a pro you can cut your own or purchase yours wherever you can find time!

-3m adhesive or glue

-1 sheet of 1/4in Purebond maple plywood from home depot (or your choice of material)

-Black and Orange Spray Paint

-Stain and white paint

-Ribbon of your choice (here is the link to this specific ribbon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078T35YVV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

-The greenery is something I picked up from our local walmart.

INSTRUCTIONS

-The door round is stained in early American minwax stain with a 6in strip of white in the middle. Let your stain dry all the way and then use painters tape to section of the portion you are going to paint white.

-Take your sheet of baltic birch and mask one side and use 3m adhesive on the other.  If you are not using 3m adhesive just disregard. Cut out the design using needed settings for your material. To cut the Maple Plywood Purebond I select the medium draftboard settings on glowforge and adjust the speed down to 145 and it cuts beautifully every time. (Cut settings vary from material to material so always do  small test cut before doing a large project to make sure you don't need to adjust your cut settings.)

-Spray paint the welcome portion black and the pumpkin portion orange. I kept the stem and stained it with the same color stain as the door round.

-Now you are ready to add to your round. Peel off the backing of the 3m and place in the middle of the white section. If you are not using 3m adhesive simply add your glue of choice onto the pieces and apply to the door round.

-Next is the greenery and bow. I attach everything using a staple gun, but you can also do hot glue if you would like. For the portion that hangs it on the door I like to take about a 7in piece of ribbon, fold in half and staple on the back making sure to center it with my bow.
